Name: Roasted duck
Ingredients: 1 duck, some pepper salt, 1 small can of honey
Method: 1. Wash the duck and cut away the internal organs. Wipe pepper salt thoroughly on the inside and outside of the duck. Marinate it and put it at the bottom of the refrigerator. Bake the duck on the next day, for at least 2 hours at 250F, wipe honey on the skin occasional to achieve a crispy skin.
Note:

Name: Yam Shreds
Ingredients: 150g Yam, 150g green capsicum, 30g carrot, 40g onions
Seasoning : 2 lemons, honey, olive oil, white vinegar, white pepper powder, salt
Method: 1. Shred the yam, capsicum and onions.
2. Add the seasoning only before consumption
3. Sweet: Lemon + honey
Salty: Olive oil, white vinegar, pepper, salt
Note:

Name: Banana Porridge (sweet)
Ingredients: 1 banana (75g), 3 spoon corn powder, 1 egg, white porridge(thick)
Method: 1. Blend the corn powder and egg until paste form.
2. Peel and banana, and cut into strips, coat them in the paste and fry(150C) until crispy.
3. Blend honey into porridge, then add the banana strips.
Note:

Name: Banana & Sweet-scented Osmanthus
Ingredients: 300g banana, 200g low gluten flour, 1 egg, 50g cheese powder, 30g salad oil, osmanthus sauce, honey, rock sugar.
Method: 1. add 50g of rock sugar to 100g of water and boil until melt. Then add 1 spoon of honey, osmanthus sauce and cornstarch, cook until thick. (Dip)
2. Cut the banana into 8cm sections, then cut into quarters for each section.
3. Mix flour, cheese powder, salad oil and 320g water, beat until thick. Dip the banana into it and fry for 1 ? minutes in medium fire. Consume with dip.
Note: Don't peel the banana before finish preparing the coating to prevent oxidation.

Name: Fried biscuits
Ingredients: 250g glutinous rice, 250g water, 1 packet red bean, sweet-scented osmanthus, 100g sugar, 70g honey, frying oil.
Method: 1. Cook the glutinous rice with water and rolled into small balls.
2. Grind the red beans until paste, then add osmanthus.
3. Wrap the paste with glutinous rice then fry until golden.
4. Boil a little water with sugar, then add honey,
5. Dip the fried balls into the syrup for consumption
Note:

Name: Roasted Eel
Ingredients: 500g eel, bamboo sticks, 2 spoon raw granulated sugar, 3 spoon of soya sauce, a little ginger syrup, a little wine, sesame, a little honey
Method: 1. Wash the eel, cut away the head and the tail, then marinate in sugar, wine, ginger syrup, and soya sauce for 20 minutes.
2. Take out the eel, then boil the rest of the syrup
3. Roast the eel(string on the bamboo sticks) at 200c for 6-8 minutes, rotating. Wipe the syrup on top of it occasionally.
4. Wipe honey on top of the eel, then sprinkle some sesame.
Note:

Name: BBQ
Ingredients: 6 rib fingers, 1 spoon onion crumbs, 1 spoon of mustard sauce, 1 spoon of ketchup, a few drops of chili sauce, a few drops of chili oil, some salt, some pepper, some honey, 50cc orange juice, 15cc white vinegar.
Method: 1. Marinate the rib fingers according to own preference
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients to become BBQ sauce
3. Dip the rib fingers into the sauce, then roast in the oven until golden colour.
Note:

Name: Orange Rib Steak
Ingredients: 6-8 pork ribs, 5-6 stalks onion, 3 pieces of ginger, 2 oranges.
Seasoning: 2 spoon seafood sauce, 1 spoon honey, 1 spoon apple cider, 1 spoon ketchup, 2 Laurel leaves, salt sparingly, 2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 spoon cooking wine
Method: 1. Fill the pot ? full with water, then add ginger, onion and wine, boil, then put the ribs and cook.
2. In another pot, put all seasonings (except cooking wine), and orange crumbs(seedless) and water, cook with small fire. (the sauce)
3. Put the cooked ribs into the sauce and marinate for at least 3 hours.
4. Bake the ribs for 8 minutes at 218C.
Note: 1. The orange fiber taste bitter, peel it away if dislike. Cooking without orange
2. When cooking the sauce, add the honey after the fire has been switched off.

Name: Prawn Salad
Ingredients: 1. cooked yam pieces, cooked egg crumbs, mayonnaise, onion crumbs, celery crumbs, honey, 3 cooked prawns(with head and tails but with shell peeled off)
Seasoning: Yogurt sauce: Mayonnaise, natural flavor yogurt, honey, lemon sauce, mix.
Method: 1. Mix yam, egg, mayonnaise, onion, celery and honey, and then add the seasoning.
2. Put the prawns on top, then shower with mayonnaise, put some rose petals and lemon skin beside for decoration. The ribs soup prepared above serves perfectly with this.
Note:

Name: Lemon Fillet (for 4)
Ingredients: 600g salmon(cut into 4 pieces), 6 spoon honey, 3 spoon soy sauce, 1 lemon(squashed), ? spoon sesame oil, ? spoon white pepper, black pepper sparingly.
Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients (except salmon), this is the marinate sauce
2. Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes. Becareful not to exceed because the sauce will actually "cook" the fish.
3. Fry the fish on a non-stick pan with some oil, flip over when golden brown.
4. Or wrap the fish in aluminium foil and bake for 6-8 minutes.
5. Boil the seasoning, place the fish on a plate and shower with the seasoning, add some vegetable leaves beside.
Note: There is no need to add lemon sauce as it is already in the fish.
