Name: Mint Juice
Ingredients: piece of orange, 1 lemon, 10 pieces of mint leaves, 10cc of honey,
glass of water
Method: 1. Extract the juice of the orange and lemon, reserve for later
2. Boil glass of water inside a pot, then add the orange juice, lemon juice, fresh mint leaves and honey, heat it for a moment then turn off the fire immediately.
3. If cold drinks are preferred, suitable amount of cold water or ice can be added.
Note: The warm juice is able to sooth headache, cough, insomnia, and restore health.
Note: Aloe Vera is good for cough and sore throat.

 

Name: Aloe Vera Juice
Ingredients: 5cm of Aloe Vera, A big spoonful of honey
Method: 1. Rub the Aloe Vera into paste form
2. Put the paste and honey into a cup, stir them with warm water.
Note: Aloe Vera is good for cough and sore throat.

 

Name: Yam Fruit Juice
Ingredients: White yam, papaya, milk, honey
Method: 1. cut the white yam and papaya into pieces.
2. Add suitable amount of milk and honey and blend.

Ingredients: 2 seeds of boat-fruited sterculia, honey
Method: 1. add the seeds together with honey into a cup of boiling water. Cover it for 10 minutes. Filter before drink

Name: Carrot & Apple Juice
Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 carrot, 10cc lemon extract, 10cc honey, 1 cup of water
Method: 1.Cut the apple and carrot into small pieces, press them into juices and filter.
2. Add lemon and honey, stir
3. Add ice, done
Note: Lemon and apple contain a lot of vitamins, carrot contains beta carotene and vitamin A, and all of them are good for the skin.

 

Name: Green Fruit Juice
Ingredients: 1 pear, piece of orange, 10cc honey, 2/3 cup of milk, teaspoon of orange jam, 5cc lemon extract.
Method: 1. peel the pear and discard the seeds; extract the orange for the juice
2. Put the pear, honey, milk, lemon extract, and orange jam into the juicer and switch to high speed
3. Mix it with orange juice
4. Add ice, done
Note: orange contains vitamin A,B and C, and pear contains vegetable fats, which makes the drink healthy.

 

Name: Grape Milk
Ingredients: Grapes 100g~150g, 250cc of fresh milk,  teaspoon of honey, 100cc of water.
Method: 1. Wash the grapes, and put it together with the milk and honey into the juicer. Switch to medium speed.
2. Filter before drink.
Note: Grapes encourages the growth of red blood cells, milk contains calcium which is good for the bone. This drink is especially suitable to females.

 

Name: Pineapple and Mango Juice
Ingredients: cup of pineapple juice, 5cc of lemon extract, 1 mango, 1 teaspoon of honey.
Method: 1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
2. Put the lemon extract, pineapple juice and mango into the juicer, medium speed.
3. Filter the mixture, and then blend in the honey.
Note: The combination of the pineapple and mango is famous and especially useful for maintaining good figures.

Method: 1. Peel the pear and discard the seeds; cut the pineapple into pieces.

3. Add into a cup of ice.

Name: Express Egg-Milk Juice
Ingredients: piece of orange, piece of lemon, 1 egg yolk, 1/3 banana, 5cc of honey,  cup of milk, 1/3 of water, a little vanilla powder.
Method: 1. Extract the juice of the orange and lemon separately.
2. Cut the banana into small pieces
3. Put the orange juice, lemon juice, egg yolk, banana, honey, milk, vanilla powder, and cold water into the juicer, medium speed.
4. Pour into a cup, add ice.

Name: Lemon & Bitter Gough Juice
Ingredients: Bitter Gough, lemon, 5cc fructose, 10cc honey, 300cc water
Method: 1. Discard the inner membrane of the bitter gough, and cut into small pieces. Blend it in a juicer and filter.
2. Extract the lemon juice, and mix it with the bitter gough juice, water, fructose and honey. Stir well.

Name: Pineapple and Rape Juice
Ingredients: 50g rape, 100g pineapple, 10cc lemon extract, 10cc honey, cup of water
Method: 1. cut the pineapple into small pieces.
2. cut the rape into sections, soak it in boiling water, put into the juicer
3. put the pineapple and water into the juicer. Blend and filter.
4. Stir well with lemon extract and honey.

Name: Orange Juice
Ingredients: 1 orange, carrot, cup of mineral water, 5cc honey
Method: 1. cut the orange into halves and extract the juice
2. cut the carrot into small pieces, extract the juice using the juicer and filter.
3. Mix the orange juice, carrot juice, mineral water and honey. Stir well
4. Pour into a cup and decorate with green leaves.
Note: Orange contains vitamin C, carrot contains beta-carotene, this drink is nutritious.

 

Name: Orange Milk
Ingredients: 1 orange, 1 egg yolk, 5cc honey,  cup of milk, 10g milk powder,  cup of water.
Method: 1. Extract the orange juice
2. Mix the egg yolk, honey, fresh milk, milk powder, water, and the orange juice into a juicer or a stirrer.
3. Pour into a cup
Note: The calcium in the milk and vitamin C in the orange are healthy and nutritious. Best after exercising.

 

Name: Wheat & Lemon Juice
Ingredients: 50g of baby wheat, 5cc lemon extract, 10cc honey, 300cc water
Method: 1. Cut the baby wheat into sections, put into the juicer
2. Extract the lemon juice and put into the juicer
3. Add honey and water, then blend and filter. Then add ice.
Note: Wheat is a good at replenishing energy.

 

Name: Iced Aloe Vera
Ingredients: 1 stalk of aloe vera, lemon, 10cc fructose, 10cc honey, 300cc water
Method: 1. Clean the aloe vera, remove the rough skin and extract the juice. Filter
2. Extract the lemon juice
3. Mix the aloe vera juice, lemon juice, water, honey and fructose.
4. Add some ice

Name: Pear & Celery Juice
Ingredients: 1/5 pear, 5g celery, 5cc honey, cup of milk, cup of water
Method: 1. Peel the pear and discard the seed; cut the celery into small pieces
2. Put the celery, pear, honey, and milk into the juicer, high speed.
3. Pour into a cup.
Note: Celery is one of the vegetables which have abundance of vitamin A.

 

Name: Apple honey
Ingredients: Apple Juice, honey, vinegar
Method: 1. Add 3 times of apple juice to honey, vinegar and water (amount of water depends on consumer's preference). Stir well.
2. May add less water if accustomed to it.
Note: This drink is good for constipation and pimples

Ingredients: 1 Banana, 80cc ice water, 80cc fresh milk, 1 soupspoon of honey

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of coco powder,banana,cup of milk, 5cc honey, 1/3 cup of hot water
Method: 1. add hot water to coco powder and stir well, allow to cool
2. put the banana, honey and milk into the juicer, high speed
3. Pour in coco drink, stir well
Note: Banana contains potassium, which helps to digest
Coco with the taste of banana, absolutely addictive.

 

Name: Orange with Egg-Milk honey Juice
Ingredients: 3oz orange juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, oz lemon juice, 2oz honey, 1 scoop of butter, 1 egg yolk, ice
Method: 1. Put everything together in a cup and stir well
2. put a course filter, then a lid on the cup, and shake until water vapour appears on outside of the cup
3. Take off the lid, pour the juice out, then take off the filter, then get the
ice and bubbles out of the cup.
