Name: Baked snacks/pudding
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 small spoon of honey, 1 cup of milk
Method: 1. Preheat the oven until 150c
2. Mix and egg and honey and blend, stir well with milk, and pour into each separate small heating tray with a layer of butter on top.
3. Add a cup of water to the big heating tray
4. Place the small heating tray into the big heating tray
5. Heat for 15~20 minutes at 150c

Name: Orange Cubes
Ingredients: 250g cheese, 1 big spoon lemon extract, 130cc milk, 40g butter (melted), 2 big spoon of honey, 2 big spoon of sugar, 130g of flour with low gluten, 1 small spoon of baking powder
Method: 150g sugar, 2 oranges, 150cc water
1. Mix the milk and lemon extract, then put aside
2. Soften the cheese, then add butter, honey and sugar, stir well. Adding into (1) bit by bit. Beat into cheese paste.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder together, then sieve. Pour into (2) and stir well, then pour into a square mould.
4. Preheat oven to 190c
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Add sugar and orange skin to water, boil into syrup and allow to cool. Brush across the warm cheese cakes.

Name: honey Cake
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 90g sugar, 25g honey, 100g flour, salt, 1 small spoon of salad oil
Method: 1. Fill a pot of warm water, mix the egg and sugar in a water bath, beat until bubbles formed. Add honey and stir until paste form.
2. Add flour, salt and salad oil, stir well
3. Pour into mould
4. Heat for 30 minutes at 175c
Note:

 

Name: honey sponge cake
Ingredients: 150g flour, 1 small spoon of soda, 70g butter, 100cc honey, 4 eggs, 30cc milk
Method: 1. Soften the butter and add honey. Beat until very soft
2. Add the eggs one by one and stir well
3. Sieve in half of the flour and soda and stir well
4. Pour in ?of the milk, stir well, then add the rest of the flour, powder and milk, then stir well.
5. Pour into small moulds, bake for 200c for 5 minutes, then 180c for 10 minutes (until golden brown appearance)
Note: Due to the butter content, it has to be beaten until very soft. Shorter baking time for small moulds, longer for bigger ones.

 

Name: Chocolate honey Cake
Ingredients: 120g butter, 100g raw sugar, 100ml honey, 3 eggs, 210g flour, 2 small spoon of soda, 1 small spoon of clove, 1 small spoon of cinnamon, 1 small spoon of round cardamom, 1/8 spoon of aniseed.
Method: Chocolate syrup, use mild fire and boil 100ml of milk, then melt 100g of chocolate in it. Pour on top of the cake.
Note: 1. Melt the butter, raw sugar an honey using mild fire, then put off the fire.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then sieve the flour, soda, clove, cinnamon and aniseed into the bowl.
3. Add honey into a big spoon of cold water, then add into (2), stir until no more trace of grain flour, then pour into the mould, bake for 40~50mins at 170c.
4. After the cake had cooled down, pour the chocolate syrup onto it.

 

Name: Fruit cupcakes
Ingredients: 1 cup of fresh black cherry, 30cc honey, 70cc water, 1 big spoon of corn powder, 200g wheat flour, 1 small spoon of soda, 200cc milk, 70cc honey, 1 big spoon of salad oi
Method: 1. Boil the cherry and honey in a water bath
2. Mix the corn powder with water and add into (1), boil until concentrated. Off the fire
3. Mix the milk, honey 70cc and salad oil, stir well. Sieve in the flour and soda
4. Mix (1) and (3), stir well, put into small mould and bake for 25 minutes at 170c.

Name: honey Cake (1)
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 90g sugar, 25g honey, 100g flour, salt, 1 big spoonful of salad oil
Method: 1. Put egg and sugar into a pot and put it into a water bath. Beat until bubbles
2. Add honey and stir until thick
3. Add flour and salt, stir well. Then add salad oil, stir well.
4. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 175c, bake for 30 minutes

Name: honey Cake (2)
Ingredients: 8 eggs, 200g sugar, 60g honey, 200g flour, 50g saltless butter, 60g fresh milk
Method: 1. Separate the yolk and the white into two different stainless steel pots
2. Add 100g of sugar to each and stir until bubbles
3. Add in honey and mix both together, stir well.
4. Add milk, then butter, then flour into (3) and stir well
5. Pour into a mould with stencil paper at the bottom. Bake for 50 minutes at 170c.

Name: Rose Cake
Ingredients: Skin: 200g flour, 1 big spoon of soda, 2 eggs, 100g cream cheese, 60g fresh butter, 80g sugar, 1 big spoon of lemon extract.
Fillings: 100g raisins, 2 big spoon of wine (for soaking the raisins), 50g walnut (baked and crushed into small pieces), 30g brown sugar, 20g honey, 50g butter (freezed and cut into cubes)
Method: 1. Mix the cream cheese and sugar and beat until raised. Add egg, then add lemon extract.
2. Blend (1) into flour, soda and butter. Knead into a dough, wrap with plastic paper, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Take the dough out, knead into a rectangular shape, then sprinkle the fillings on top of it, then roll it up like sushi. Then cut into 5 to 6 pieces.
4. Bake for 30~40 minutes at 170c.

Name: Walnut Toffee
Ingredients: A: Cake: 100g butter, 100g raw sugar, 1 egg, 200cc milk, 150g flour, 2 small spoon of soda
B: Walnut syrup: ?cup of walnut, 100cc milk, 60g sugar, 50g butter, 2 egg yolks.
Method: 1. Put (B) into a small pot (i.e. Boil the milk, sugar and butter with strong fire, then add walnut crumbs and boil with mild fire until content is halved. Add egg yolk when cool and stir well.
2. Mix butter and sugar, beat until raised, then add eggs and beat until further raised. Pour in half the milk slowly and stir well. Then sieve flour and soda and stir well. Add in the other half of the milk, stir well and pour into mould.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 170c until the surface had set. Take the cake out of the oven, pour (1) on top of the cake, continue to bake for 10~15 minutes.

Name: Sponge Cake
Ingredients: 390g eggs, vanilla powder, 156g sugar, 30g honey, 195g flour, 21g soda powder, 63g salad oil, 63g saltless butter, 63g milk
Method: 1. Beat the eggs until bubbles, then add sugar, honey, flour, vanilla powder, beat until raised. (Bigger volume, faint in colour.) Add soda powder and beat well (More bigger in volume, with wrinkles)
2. Mix salad oil and butter, boil them then add milk and stir well.
3. Mix (1) and (2) and stir well. Pour into mould (10~12 oval shapes)
4. Bake for 25~30 minutes at 150c.

Name: Raisins Walnut Cake
Ingredients: A: 160g fine raw sugar, 4g salt, 250g water, 120g raisin crumbs, 66g salad oil, 24g honey, 4g cinnamon
B: 200g flour, 4g raising powder, 4g soda
C: 60g walnut crumbs
D: Decorative syrup: 100g fine raw sugar, 50g water (depends), 25g jam, 2g animal wax
Method: 1. Boil ingredients (A) and allow to cool

Name: Sesame Bread
Ingredients: 125ml milk, 125ml water, 30g yeast, ?teaspoon of honey, 250g wheat flour, 150g black wheat flour, 2 teaspoon of sesame, 12g sal
Method: 1. Put all the ingredients together and stir until become dough
2. Put the dough at a warm place for 45 minutes and allow it to raise
3. Knead the dough thoroughly and allow it to rise for 20 minutes, knead into small buns, allow them to raise for 15 minutes, then bake for 30~40 minutes at 190~210c.
